🚢 From Shanghai to Southern Poland – an impressive import project! Our Polish member Relopack is now finishing one of their most interesting projects this year. Together with Duisport Agency Polska – polish transport division of duisport – Duisburger Hafen AG; they carried out a large import project for the automotive industry. Relopack usually focuses on industrial dismantling and export packing services, but this time they worked in the opposite direction. The joint team was responsible for: 🛳️ receiving the cargo from the port, 🏗️ unloading containers with local port operators,🚛 road transport to southern Poland, 🏭 unloading at the factory, 📦 unpacking and waste handling, 🏗️ internal transport and allocation of machines in their final positions The project included dozens of containers from Shanghai, many of them oversized. Some crates had to be repacked to reach their final destination safely; a big logistical challenge handled perfectly by the team. More updates coming soon! |
