This required detailed planning, strict coordination, and machine-by-machine scheduling to minimize downtime. Within a tight timeframe of just over two months, HARDER logistics successfully executed this large-scale relocation with precision. 📦 Project Highlights: 110 machines and a variety of production systems carefully dismantled, transported, and reinstalled 200+ special transports, handling weights of up to 15 tons per unit Two facade openings created to move oversized machinery not compatible with standard doorways Custom-built heavy-duty platform (8 m x 6 m x 3.5 m) installed for safe transfer at the loading point Industrial crane with 40-ton capacity, remotely controlled for precision handling Special transport permits for machines measuring up to 3 m x 3 m x 8 m Machine repositioning and elevation (by approx. 150 mm) to match the new facility’s technical infrastructure 🤝 Collaboration & Execution Individual scheduling of each machine based on RAFI’s production flow Safe handling and transport of high-value, sensitive equipment On-site preparation for RAFI technicians performing decommissioning and recommissioning Full integration with RAFI Group’s internal teams across engineering, operations, and facility management 🔌 Final Integration The layout and media connections (power, air, etc.) in RAFI Group’s new site required a customized setup.
