| Our member, 100TONN.KZ recently completed a challenging installation project at a sanitary ware manufacturing plant in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. The team was responsible for the unloading, upending and installation of a 90-tonne QIAOSEN STDZ630-19-1901 press, measuring 3,930 × 3,840 × 6,737 mm, which had arrived at the site in a horizontal position. Due to the machine’s size, weight and the confined space within the operating production facility, the press had to be carefully upended into its vertical position before being installed on its foundation. The operation was carried out using a 380-tonne-capacity hydraulic gantry, which was essential for completing the project safely under the challenging site conditions. The 100TONN.KZ team successfully completed the entire operation in accordance with the project documentation and safety requirements. The client particularly praised the team’s professionalism, courtesy and careful handling of the equipment. According to Alexander Gaab, Managing Director of 100TONN.KZ, projects involving Chinese-manufactured equipment increasingly require strong engineering expertise, as technical documentation is not always as comprehensive as needed. Thanks to its experience, in-house engineering capabilities and fleet of hydraulic gantry systems, 100TONN.KZ is able to successfully manage complex installations even under challenging conditions. Today, 100TONN.KZ is the only Kazakhstan-based company with its own fleet of hydraulic gantry systems, providing a unique capability for heavy lifting and industrial installation projects. #girn #girnetwork #girnmember #networking #projectnews #industrialrelocation |
