| Our member 100TONN.KZ has successfully completed a large-scale installation project at the Railways Systems KZ forging and wheel-tyre production complex in Kazakhstan. The team installed two Schuler forging presses, six RQQ vertical turning centers, and additional heavy equipment using advanced lifting and skidding technologies. This was a project of national importance, with tight deadlines and an exceptional level of responsibility. The installation was carried out in a workshop with a complex layout. Project Highlights ✅ Schuler MHFT-10 forging press (120 t): Lifted, upended and installed on its foundation. ✅Schuler MH-10000 hydraulic forging press (890 t): The press frame was assembled from eight 17-metre plates, each weighing over 50 tonnes. Using two hydraulic gantry systems operating in perfect synchronization, the team successfully installed each plate before positioning the 180-tonne main cylinder. ✅Oil tank (60 t): Installed safely and efficiently. ✅Six RQQ vertical turning centers (39 t each): Unloaded, transported inside the facility and installed on their foundations—completed one week ahead of schedule. The project relied on high-capacity hydraulic gantry systems, hydraulic skidding equipment, and specialist rigging solutions, allowing the installation to be completed safely in confined spaces without the need for additional construction works.
