| We are pleased to share an important development from our partner Velebit – Promet, part of Liburnia Group, which continues to expand its capabilities in heavy and oversized cargo transport. Velebit – Promet has recently added a Cometto Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) to its operational fleet, significantly enhancing its ability to handle complex logistics projects in port and industrial environments. The new SPMT, part of the Cometto MSPE range, features: ✅ 8 axle lines ✅Axle load capacity up to 70 tonnes ✅360-degree electronic steering ✅Hydraulic lifting system for precise load positioning This advanced configuration enables highly accurate maneuvering of heavy components, even in space-restricted and technically demanding environments. The system reduces the need for repositioning, improving both operational efficiency and safety throughout transport operations. The SPMT will be deployed across ongoing and future projects managed by Velebit – Promet and Liburnia Group, including operations in Croatia and the wider region. Its introduction further strengthens internal capabilities and supports greater control over complex logistics execution. Notably, this unit represents one of the first SPMTs of its kind in the Croatian market, offering one of the highest load capacities currently available in the region. This investment reflects Velebit – Promet’s continued focus on precision, reliability, and in-house capability development in demanding transport conditions. |
